I made the order June 8, the item wasn’t shipping until I sent a email on June 17 asking for a refund. FINALLY got the package July 11 with nothing to be in it. WORSE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I STILL do not have my wallet..how can I give a review? This is ridiculous how long it is taking!

Absolute garbage. None of the images of the wallet show an obtrusive raised round circle that will wither rub against your leg or wear a weird spot in your pants or shorts pocket. Don't waste your money on this product

The wallet is just as advertised. Maybe a little less luxurious than I was expecting. I do really like how easy the credit cards are to access. Also like the money clip. My previous small wallet did not have a money clip and the edges of my cards were exposed and they were beginning to become dinged along the sides. I had a thread wallet before. Which I loved until my card became damaged.

It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails to return your package and refund my order due to the ridiculously long shipping times and you shipped it anyways and refuse to return and refund my order. Why would you think it was a good idea to send me a survey to rate my horrible experience with this order?

It is absurd that it has taken over 3 weeks to ship and it is still showing the package is in China! Had I known I was ordering from China and it was in the product details, I definitely would never have ordered from this company to start with! Buyer Beware!!!!

Weak magnet. As soon as I put my Drivers license the magnet doesnt hold the wallet closed.

I ordered a wallet from this company and they lost my package in transit. I asked for a full refund or and if that can’t be arranged then send me the wallet again. They didn’t even acknowledge my request for a refund and just said they will send me another wallet. I receive my wallet 2 months after my initial order and it isn’t even the same wallet as advertised. I asked to return it for a refund and I am met with the option for a 10% refund for an almost $40 wallet that I will never use. This wallet isn’t damaged, took forever to get here, I provided clear photos and all I can get is 3-4 dollars back. Don’t buy from this company it is a complete scam!

Took a long time to get to me. Came in a different color than I ordered. Fold over does not magnetically stay closed. Even w/o any cash in the clip.

This wallet is no where near the quality they advertised in the instagram ad. The “reviewer” claims the the wallet is better than a Ridge wallet. Not only is that wrong but it’s also laughable. The wallet is double the size and is so flimsy and cheap it feels like I bought it from a 99 cent store. This was the worst wallet I have ever purchased and will never buy from this company again. Buyer beware.

Great workmanship! The stitching and coloring is brilliant. The idea of placing the money clip inside the fold was also brilliant. Until the inside clear pocket loosened up, it was a little difficult to slide it out. But, it eventually loosened up. The mechanical sliding card slot keeps your credit cards from popping out on the floor also. Great job!

DO NOT BUY. I GOT WALLET IN AND LOADED 6 CARDS IN.THE HANDLE WOULDNT PUSH THEM UP AND THEN BROKE. NOT EVEN 12 HOURS AFTERGETTING THE WALLET. SPEND ALITTLE MORE MONEY AND GET A DIFFERENT ONE.

Took about 6ish weeks to receive it. The switch to pop the cards is loose and feels pretty cheap. The magnet closure barely keeps the flap closed without any cards or cash in the clip, definitely not closed without just my ID in the window and a few bills in the clip. There’s a couple small strands from the stitching hanging off, very small many a couple millimeters, but makes it look cheaper. Probably over criticizing it but the wallet overall isn’t the quality I was led to believe online. But then again, there are dozens of vendors for the same/similar wallet so who knows which one I got.

I still haven’t even received my wallet and they’re asking me to leave a review. It’s been 3 weeks

Bought this item, first of all it took forever for shipping, than after arrival the product is made of some cheap plastic material, humongous, bulky and uncomfortable to carry. I requested a refund, and their hassle free is a joke, it is just a negotiation tactic to keep your money no matter what. Finally they allowed me to return it to some address in china, even though the product is addressed from Englewood CA, and still no refund. Stay away from this scammer, selling junk.

Not what I expected , wanted a billfold compartment

Paid an extra 2.99 for faster service--turned into 15 business days before i got notice of shipping.
Paid another extra 12.99 for faster shipping, 10 business days to receive my package.
Extra $16 for slower service.

Was not impressed with the quality and it’s very big and bulky for my husband. He bought a better one that’s more slim and works better. I would like to return this one.
